The Member Services Representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to members of the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, accurately processing and fulfilling membership transactions and completing other administrative duties as needed.
Essential Functions:
Provide customer service to all members and prospective members
Accurately enter data and process membership payments received by mail, phone, fax and Internet.
Assist in preparation of mailings.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
One year experience in customer service or sales
Computer Proficient
Excellent communication skills.
Detail oriented team player with ability to multitask.
